What starts as a wholesome stomp on the moors slowly slides into darkness.
'The Medusa Box' is a weird and twisted tale of two mismatched hobbyists on a quest across Dartmoor to uncover the secret of 'The Elusive Medusa'.
The innocent pastime of Letterboxing, along with the stunning scenery of Dartmoor, forms the backdrop to this strange story of unhealthy obsessions and sinister secrets, one that will appeal to anybody with an appetite for adventure, mysteries and perhaps a little of the macabre.

Post production has now started on the film and the team are aiming to complete The Medusa Box in 2025 to submit to festivals in 2026/27.

The Medusa Box sneaky peek of stills
'The Medusa Box Prologue', the opening sequence to 'The Medusa Box', and a short film in its own right had a fantastic run on the 2024/25 festival circuit. A small cast and crew ventured to a forest on Dartmoor on the Spring Equinox 2022 to capture this opening scene.
